Digital service purchased
The service selected on the payment screen is publication for 30 days of a second-hand listing whose quality and company verification have been completed, renewal of an expired listing for 30 days, or promotion of a published listing for 30 days. Promotion does not constitute verification or endorsement of the listing, seller or machinery.
Price and payment
Listing publication and renewal cost USD 25; the 30-day promotion service costs USD 20. The exact service, currency, tax and total to be collected are shown before the payment button. The transaction is one-off; there is no automatic renewal or machinery sales commission. Card details are processed by the payment institution.
Commencement and duration of performance
The service begins electronically after the payment provider’s result has been verified and the listing continues to meet the applicable publication conditions. Moderation does not require publication of content contrary to legislation or platform rules. Transactions whose technical or provider outcome is uncertain are not considered successful and are placed under review.
Distinction from the machinery sale
Ekipmanda collects only the fee for the digital listing and visibility service. It does not collect the machinery sale price and does not provide escrow, transfer of funds to the seller, transport, delivery, installation, expert inspection or after-sales warranty services. The physical product contract, invoice and delivery are between the listing owner and the buyer.
Content and seller responsibility
The listing owner must publish genuine and current images of their product, accurate technical information and known defects and damage, and hold the authority to sell and process data. Platform moderation is not an expert inspection. No provision removes the obligations or liabilities of Fabay Teknoloji Limited Şirketi arising from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, harm to life or bodily integrity, or mandatory legislation, or any liabilities that cannot be excluded by contract.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refund
If the transaction is a consumer transaction, the rights to pre-contractual information, withdrawal, termination and refund under Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts remain reserved. The exception for services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly applies only if the specific service falls within that scope and the consumer has explicitly and separately accepted, before payment, immediate commencement of performance and its effect on the right of withdrawal. Unless these conditions are met, the right of withdrawal is not deemed lost, nor is a general “no refunds” rule deemed to apply. Requests concerning cancellation before performance begins, duplicate collection, defective services and technical errors are examined using payment and usage records.
Applications and disputes
The user may contact support with the transaction date, account email address and order reference. The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya have jurisdiction only over disputes between merchants or public legal entities where the conditions in Articles 17 and 18 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100 are met. This clause does not apply to consumer transactions or cases of exclusive jurisdiction; mandatory rules on applications and jurisdiction remain reserved, including the consumer arbitration committee and consumer court at the consumer’s place of residence or the place where the consumer transaction took place. Current monetary thresholds are assessed according to the official rules in force on the transaction date.
