Scope of the application
The application must include the right being exercised, the relevant account or transaction, the preferred response channel and information explaining the application. For applications concerning another person’s data or made on behalf of a company employee, a document establishing authority to represent that person may be requested.

A data subject may submit an application by registered electronic mail to fabayteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr, or to kvkk@ekipmanda.com using their email address registered in the system. A written application may be addressed to the company’s registered office. The subject of the request must be stated clearly; only information necessary for the request must be provided for identity verification.
Identity verification and minimisation
The applicant’s identity is verified by a method proportionate to the nature of the request. Unnecessary copies of identity documents are not requested; if a document is necessary, provision is made for obscuring unrelated fields and using a secure transfer method.
Response period and fees
The application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature and within thirty days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, only the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be requested. Reasons are provided for rejection or partial acceptance.
Complaint to the Board
If the application is rejected, the response is considered insufficient or no response is provided within the time limit, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within the periods and according to the procedure specified in Law No. 6698. The Authority’s official announcements are used to calculate the current time limits.
